Group Operating Committee
The Senior Leadership body of the Grünenthal Group
The Group Operating Committee (GOC) is the Senior Leadership body of the Grünenthal Group and comprises the Members of the Corporate Management Board (i.e. the Corporate Officers), and the leaders of the global strategic functions, appointed by the Corporate Management Board after approval of the Supervisory Board of the Grünenthal Group. The Group Operating Committee has, as its prime tasks and responsibilities, the provision of ongoing information on development of the business and management of the business priorities, discussion of material transactions, regular review of business segments of the corporation, alignment on strategic questions and strategic decisions. In addition, the Members of the Corporate Management Board are legally accountable for the management of the corporation, especially strategic management, resource allocation, financial accounting and reporting, risk management, and corporate control, and regularly report to the Supervisory Board.
