Part-time Employment
Grünenthal supports flexible work scheduling in order to make career and family more compatible. Which is why Grünenthal offers its employees the option of working in various forms of part-time employment.
If you opt for a part-time position, it means that your workload will be reduced and your number of working hours will be lowered. We explicitly indicate whether the job in question is a part-time position in our job advertisements.
Sports
As a socially responsible pharmaceutical corporation, we take particular concern in the health of our employees. Which is why Grünenthal places great emphasis on sports as well as on everyday work.
Our “1966 Grünenthal Company Sports Association” offers all company employees exercise and athletic recreation with a wide variety of sports in order to balance out the daily work. The sports currently offered include soccer, badminton, basketball, gymnastics, bowling, tennis, volleyball, hiking and winter sports.
The option of a subsidized membership in various gyms and mobile massages are also offered.
Culture
Our “KulTour” group organizes day trips as well as excursions of several days that offer exciting and varied insights into the cultural life of the Euregion.
