As an R&D focused, internationally active pharmaceutical corporation, we are on the hunt for qualified and motivated graduates from the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutics, medicine and business administration. Launch your career with one of our individual trainee programs specially tailored to suit you. Within 24 months, you will receive deep insights into the various divisions of the company and get to know all of the relevant interfaces. From the start, you will take on tasks and projects on your own responsibility, but will never be left alone in the process. An experienced mentor will be there to assist you during the entire trainee program: We enable you to continuously develop yourself and your skills further through constructive feedback discussions, advanced training and a stay abroad at one of our many subsidiaries.
