CORAL trial

Information on the Grünenthal cancer pain trial ”CORAL trial”

In the CORAL trial, patients with cancer pain have been assessed for pain relief while being treated with cebranopadol (an investigational medicine) or with morphine. Morphine is known to be a strong painkiller and is often used for the treatment of patients with cancer pain. The last subject has completed the trial in October 2015.
