Within its company philosophy Grünenthal lays great value on living a constructive and trusting feedback culture. For this we use a variety of instruments such as the employee dialogue, the Great Place to Work questionnaire which takes place every two years with all Grünenthal employees world-wide and is evaluated, a 360° feedback for management, regular employee meetings and possibilities for questions & answers on behalf of the Executive Board.

With these varied options, Grünenthal makes it possible and promotes the company internal dialogue over and above all hierarchical levels and functional areas to create a culture of trust and uniform understanding for the corporate objectives. Only in such a culture is it possible to maintain a successful company with satisfied and proud employees in the long-term.
