Leen Hofkens brings nearly three decades of experience in the pharma industry to Grünenthal. Our Head of Global Human Resources started her career as a medical representative and held several positions of increasing complexity in the areas of sales and commercial excellence before moving to HR in 2010. Her former employers include Eli Lilly and AstraZeneca, where she spent more than 25 years gaining a wide range of experience.
Leen joined Grünenthal in 2018 as our Global Head of Talent & Organisational Development. She made an immediate impact by rolling out our company’s Values & Behaviours, which guide our decision making and shape the way we behave – as individuals and as an organisation. Leen also played a key role in strengthening our Performance & Development Management approach and our Employer Brand. Every day, she uses her uniquely broad skillset to further strengthen our people strategy and plans.
