Those everyday efforts are at the heart of Grünenthal’s Corporate Responsibility Programme, and they are also why we are proud to announce that we have maintained our ‘(p) AA’ ESG (environmental, social, and governance) rating from Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) this year.
Independent agencies like MSCI assess how companies manage ESG topics: From delivering better outcomes for patients over strong corporate governance to cutting emissions. Their ratings give patients, business partners, investors, future employees and colleagues a reliable picture of how we handle ESG risks and opportunities compared to our peers. Each rating agency displays the rating result differently, with MSCI scores ranging from ‘CCC’ (lowest) to ‘AAA’ (highest).
Our latest MSCI rating
Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI)’s ‘(p) AA’ rating for Grünenthal places us among the leading companies in our industry, with the agency highlighting again our robust governance practices and the way we invest in people. Second year in a row.
Other recognitions
Earlier this year, Morningstar Sustainalytics recognised Grünenthal again as ESG industry leader. Last month, EcoVadis awarded us Gold Medal status for the second year running, highlighting our ESG performance across the supply chain.
