In 2024, we made significant strides in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. We reduced emissions from purchased energy by 83%, achieved 100% commitment to our opioid responsibility framework from all business partners, and saw women hold 42% of our leadership roles. We were also recognized with a low ESG risk rating. These accomplishments reflect the collective impact of our shared commitment to responsible business practices.
