Responsibility Report 2025/26: Our year in results

Responsibility Report 2025/26
Grünenthal has published its Responsibility Report 2025/26, showcasing what the company delivered in 2025 across environmental, social and governance topics – translated into its focus areas of Patient, People, Planet and Business Conduct.

Highlights include a 4.6% reduction in total greenhouse gas emissions compared to 2024, a 67% decrease in reportable workplace accidents at manufacturing sites versus 2020, and 100% anti‑corruption training coverage for customer-facing employees.

Setting the direction: Ambitions 2030

The report also introduces Grünenthal’s ESG Ambitions 2030, defining the company’s direction for the coming years. These include deeper supplier engagement to further reduce emissions, expanded patient involvement in clinical development, and continued progress toward gender parity in leadership.

The Responsibility Report 2025 shows that responsibility is embedded in everything we do, across every team, every location, every day. This becomes especially clear when you look at the breadth of key topics addressed, ranging from climate change to research and development, from diversity and inclusion to business conduct. These specific topics reflect what matters most to our stakeholders and define how we create long-term value. They build the foundation of our Corporate Responsibility Programme around Patients, People, and the Planet.
