Encouraging global results and eight national certificates
More than 3,600 Grünenthal employees gave feedback during the global Great Place to Work® survey end of 2020. 81% of them consider Grünenthal a great place to work. In addition, eight of our affiliates have received local certificates.
The Great Place to Work® survey is a voluntary and anonymous employee engagement survey conducted by external auditors. It gives employees the opportunity to share open feedback about our workplace culture and leadership approach. 85 percent of our employees around the globe participated in the survey end of 2020. 81 percent of participants stated that our company is a great place to work, and we see significant progress made in all dimensions compared to the previous survey in 2017.
The results highlight that our people are proud of their jobs, their team and the company. They have a clear understanding of our strategy and feel committed to successfully implementing it. Collaboration is stronger than ever, and shaped by friendliness and mutual respect. New colleagues who join our company are given a warm welcome and quickly integrate into their team.
Based on these positive results, we have successfully participated in the Great Place to Work® certification process in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Peru, Portugal and Spain.
Based on the results of the Great Place to Work® survey, we’re now defining specific measures that will make Grünenthal an even better place to work. This is part of our constant commitment to maintaining high levels of engagement and strengthening our company as an employer by regularly providing opportunities for employees to give feedback – and taking action to keep moving forward on our cultural journey.
