Grünenthal Gives – an extra day a year to do things differently.

Many of our employees are involved in various corporate responsibility projects and initiatives that Grünenthal supports worldwide. One example is Grünenthal Gives, where employees get an extra day off yearly to dedicate time to the causes close to them.

Our purpose is to change lives for the better. And all year round, we work as a global business to make a difference for Patients, People and the Planet. But there are so many causes in our local communities that we can potentially have a positive impact on.

By the end of 2022, we launched Grünenthal Gives, an initiative that gives every employee an additional day off to dedicate time to the causes close to them. Employees are free to choose how they spend their time and when.

When each of our 4,400 colleagues worldwide gives a day to make a difference, the potential for change is extraordinary. Our employees are making a positive impact in their local communities by planting trees, sprucing up spaces at a hospice or joining the cleaning committee for a marathon.

We have a long track record of engaging in corporate responsibility initiatives that are designed to boost our positive impact on society and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
