Fabian Raschke has a proven track record of success in projects ranging from completely modernising a company’s Finance function through to increasing efficiency, driving growth and taking advantage of the full range of financing models.
Throughout his 15-year career, he has been applying his passion for transparency and integrity to finance. He has gained extensive experience in corporate transformation and driving business profitability in entities ranging from respected privately-owned companies to global leaders in private equity. In this time, he has built a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance – from mergers and acquisitions to integrations, IPO preparations and placements of bonds on the capital market. And he is enthusiastic about leading our Finance and IT organisation to future success.
Fabian joined Grünenthal in September 2016 as Head Group Controlling, before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in February 2019. He had previously held roles with increasing levels of responsibility within the Xella Group, a business owned by Goldman Sachs and PAI.
